What shipping methods do you offer?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most United states domestic orders take 3 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

What is this store's refund and exchange policy?

  • You may Return garments only if they unworn and unwashed. Depending on the nature of the return, you may be responsible for the shipping costs (ie. we sent you the wrong size or model VS you ordered the wrong size)
  • Refunds or exchanges are to be issued as long as the product has been damaged during the shipment or a manufacturer defect. we are not liable for missuse of the item and damage caused by the client.
  • You may have 7 days since the date of delivery to make a claim. Please Contact us before this period of time and we shall get it replaced or refunded.
  • Refunds require the item to be shipped back to us first to begin the process.
  • If a package is lost forever in the mail because you provided the wrong address, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Does shipping include tracking?

It does! USPS includes tracking on all orders in the United States. If you didnt receive an automated mail with your tracking number, contact us! dont forget to add your order number and name. We will issue an email with the tracking information.

Does your shirts run large/small?

Depends on each piece of apparel, 90% of the shirts are printed on unisex garments. Pepperonccini use multiple brands and manufacturers, all of them have a different way of sizing their products. Please, look carefully at each individual product’s size chart when choosing!

I made a mistake with my shipping address, what should i do?!

If you made a mistake please contact us immediately, We can’t intercept orders once they are shipped. Your order will have to be sent back to us first for us to start the process of resending the package to the correct address.
